When you submit a request through our platform, we share your information with up to 3 water damage restoration professionals who serve your area. These professionals may contact you by phone, email, or text to provide quotes and discuss your situation. By submitting your information, you consent to being contacted by these professionals.

3. No Guarantee

While we strive to connect you with qualified professionals, we do not guarantee the quality, pricing, or availability of any restoration services. WaterDamageCompare is not responsible for the work performed by any professional in our network. All service agreements are between you and the chosen professional.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in your request
  • Be a property owner, tenant, or authorized representative of the property
  • Not misuse the Service for spam, fraud, or any unlawful purpose

5. Cost to Homeowners

Using WaterDamageCompare is completely free for homeowners and property managers. We are compensated by the restoration professionals in our network, not by you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaterDamageCompare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or from any work performed by restoration professionals connected through our platform.
